The goal of technical diagnostics is to keep your facility running smoothly.
For the effective increase of your facilitys reliability it is necessary to:
- increase the time between particular maintenances
(capability of being prepared for the operation)
- shorten the length of maintenances
- reduce the failure effects with timely maintenance
These requirements could be achieved if we have sufficient information about the real condition of the facility and we detect its hidden faults, which could later cause further severe damages. If we know these information we can extend the lifetime of the facility and we are able to eliminate the primary errors, not only their after-effects.
We gain information about the facility condition by measurements. We use different measurement methods (technical diagnostics) for controlling different machine units.
